DIY LEMON SOAK
IT’S SUMMER, Sandal season has finally arrived, and it’s terrible for our feet.
That’s why we need to protect them in this period. Personally, i use many products, but the one how returns the vitality to my feet is MY HOMEMADE LEMON SOAK. I make it at home and using simple ingredients, that everyone has in his kitchen.
To make it you’ll need:
2 tablespoons olive oil.
1 cup of lemon juice.
Mint tea.
2 tablespoons peppermint essential oil.
A bowl of hot water.

In the bowl of hot water, add mint tea, and wait for 3 minutes. Then add the remaining ingredients, and mix well.
When it well combined, soak your feet in it for 15 minutes, in the end, rinse your feet with water.
This soak offers a great many benefits, it’s the best way to reduce stress levels,
it also relaxes your mind, because the pressure points are found on different spots on the feet which have a large number of nerves, and foot baths will work directly on them.
